Staff Bios
Brian Trace started Trace Lawn & Landscaping in 1994, quickly adding snow plowing and fencing to
meet the customer’s needs. No job is too small or too large. Brian personally oversees all fencing projects as well
as all other projects performed by Trace Lawn & Landscaping, to assure quality service. He is also the only CSP (certified
snow professional) in Crawford County. Brian and his crew of employees can handle all your snow and ice removal needs. Darrold English supervises the maintenance division, which includes mowing
lawns, bed maintenance and fertilizations. Darrold is licensed as a Commercial Pesticide Applicator in the state of Pennsylvania.
He will take care of all your lawn maintenance needs. He has been with Trace Lawn & Landscaping since 2003. Ann Warner is our General Manager. Ann has been with Trace Lawn & Landscaping since 2007 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Mercyhurst College.
John Cascio is our landscaping/winter maintenance sales consultant, who will meet with you to discuss
all of your lawn, landscaping, winter maintenance, and /or fencing needs. John's main goal is to capture everything
that is important to you or your business, so that we can create and provide a plan that is designed to help accomplish your
goals while staying within the confinements of your budget. John holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Edinboro University
of Pennsylvania, and has over 12 years of sales consulting experience. John has been with us since 2010.
